I am an award winning breeder of quality Standardbred race horses. Although largely retired, I may still breed one or two custom breedings, and do have a couple of horses I may sell.

Black Angus
We are pleased to offer, on a very limited basis, high quality grass-fed beef, with no hormones or growers used. We treat our cows as pets with careful care and attention to ensure our cows are not unduly stressed prior to processing. Therefore, our beef maintains low stress hormones, which preserves the quality, tenderness and taste.
Goats
As I love the spotted goats but don't like horns (or dehorning), I spent the last 14 years developing my own breed of spotted, naturally polled goats. They were developed using Boer and Nubian bloodlines. They mostly very quiet and friendly.
Mini Jersey's
Due to retiring, I will be selling the Jersey's this spring, once they are bred (using sexed semen to ensure a heifer calf).
