CAMPSITE PAYMENTS
A call is required to check availability or book @ 604-530-1367 No texts please!
There is 50% refund for cancellation up to 1 week in advance - no exceptions! If not on a busy weekend, I usually don't have any problem changing the date for you.
If for any reason, we are forced to cancel, you will receive a 100% refund.
If you are a no-show by noon on the 2nd day of your reservation, your site will be forfeited without refund.
Payment is by e transfer to d100@live.ca Please do NOT send to my phone #! In the comment section of the e transfer we require the site number(s), the dates required and your phone number (with no dashes). You can't use any punctuation as the banks will reject it. Deposits are to be paid in cash only & are returned in cash.
Example, it someone wants to book Site 1 for Aug 1st - 3rd it would read: S1 Aug13 xxxxxxxxxx (phone number with no dashes)
If you wanted to book multiple sites, say for example Site 10, 11 & 12 for July 20th - 23rd, it would be: S101112 Jul2023 xxxxxxxxxx
It's important this information is put directly on to the e transfer itself, so I can match up the payment with the reservation.
I have auto-deposit so there is no need to put in a password.
***Please click on the red button below to print the form so it can be filled out ahead of time. It can be then be given to the camp host on arrival to avoid long line-ups at the gate!
